Returns & Refunds

As our traps are single-use, returns are obviously difficult if the product has been used or tested. If you do receive your order and have a change-of-mind before you get going, we do accept 'as new' returns within 30 days. Otherwise, we're humans so just reach out if you have any issues. We'll always aim to be as reasonable and helpful as possible.
